Product Support Center in Lemah Abang

We operate our Product Support Center in Lemah Abang, Bekasi, West Java, which includes workshops, warehouses, and training centers within an area of 35,000 square meters. In addition to our supporting facilities, we also have branches, representative offices, and sites in other areas of Indonesia that are integrated with our computerized inventory and parts system, with an investment of over US$ 10 million.

It is vital that our customers receive a positive return on investment by properly using and maintaining their units. Therefore, training centers have been established for our customers’ operational teams, where they are provided with general and specialized classes that teach field operators how to maintain the product’s durability.

Service Facilities

Our manpower’s quality is continuously improved, proven by the training facility which offers certification programs for our internal mechanics and provides career path that can generates excellent future of the company.

These advanced customer supporting facilities consist of workshops and instruments to diagnose and repair all products with two types of dynamometers:
1. Enormous investments in sophisticated diagnostic equipment for transmissions
2. Priority for our service team to analyze repairs and overhauls.

OPERATIONAL CAR

Remote and difficult locations will never be stopping us from supporting customers’ concerns on site, as 4×4 vehicles are ready to serve wherever needed.

TEST BENCH

Consistently provide the best out of the finest in its class with Engine Dynamometer Bench Test and/or Transmission Test before every unit is handed to customers.

SEASONAL WORKSHOP

3 workshops in Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, and Jakarta are always on schedule with a focus on rebuilding and overhauling the main components of Kobex products.

CUSTOMER CREDIT FACILITY

Providing many options including credit-terms purchase and services is possible for Kobex to meet customers need through special agreement.

With CCF/KKR, extended payment terms can be enjoyed along with increased parts stock without reducing the quality even for the slightest.

VENDOR HELD STOCK

A complete package with manpower, parts monitoring system, warehouses, and many more is prepared specially for our customers with 20 units or US$ 5 million worth in one location.

PARTS CONSIGNMENT

Have more chance to increase productivity supported by numbers of additional parts with a minimum of 5 units in one location. Periodic invoice and audit will be issued for this special offer.
